About "Leaving the Nest!"
Leaving the Nest was created by web designer Mandy Norman as an interaction design project driven towards education. A college student herself (graduating by the end of 2011), she looked back at her first year in college and thought about how she survived her first year on her own. She wished she knew more about the very topics discussed in LTN, so she decided to create an interactive website for those who were in the same boat as her when she was 18.
